These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 58pk website, located at https://58pk.cam (the "Platform", "Site", "58pk"). The Platform is operated as an English-language online sports betting and live casino information service targeting Pakistani users.

By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the 58pk Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any other policies published on the Platform from time to time.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 58pk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers or data-mining technologies to extract, collect or index any Content from the Platform.

• Access or attempt to access accounts, systems or data belonging to other users of the Platform.

All Content on the Platform — including guides, articles, game descriptions, odds explanations, responsible gambling resources and visual assets — is provided for informational purposes only. While 58pk endeavours to maintain accuracy, we do not warrant that all Content is complete, current or error-free at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 58pk Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 58pk reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be engaged in the following activities, without prior notice and without liability:

• Using another person's identity, payment method or account details without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to exploit errors, technical glitches or software vulnerabilities in the Platform for personal gain.
• Selling, transferring or assigning your account, balance or any associated rights to a third party.

58pk cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in Pakistan and internationally where required to investigate suspected prohibited conduct. Account information may be shared with competent authorities in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Upon successful registration and verification, you will be issued a personal account on the 58pk Platform. The following conditions apply to your account at all times:

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share these with any other person.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify 58pk support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. You remain liable for any activity conducted through your account prior to such notification.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawal requests and applicable bonus conditions will be resolved in accordance with these Terms before closure is finalised.

User-submitted content — including support communications or feedback — is not claimed as 58pk intellectual property; however, you grant 58pk a non-exclusive licence to use such content for operational and service improvement purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 58pk and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers exclude all liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any inaccuracy, error or omission in the Content published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds data, game information, bonus terms or legal context summaries.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of access to the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, force majeure events or regulatory requirements.
• Any third-party actions, including the conduct of other users or the acts or omissions of external operators, payment providers or service partners referenced on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
